The Carbon Dioxide Laser is an Ablative tool in defocused mode, but a cutting tool in focused mode. While Ablating or Cutting, the Carbon Dioxide Laser seals Blood Vessels And Nerves, so there is no bleeding or pain.

The Carbon Dioxide Laser emits an invisible beam of light of 10,600 nm wavelength. As the zone of thermal injury is very small, the Carbon Dioxide Laser allows performance of very Precise and Delicate Surgery.

The Carbon Dioxide Laser can be used in the focused mode as a cutting instrument. In the defocused mode it is used to precisely evaporate tissue.
